1. Who We Are

NaturalFinds & Joy is operated by S. H. Soaps ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our website and services you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The Service

NaturalFinds & Joy is an online directory and marketplace platform that connects consumers with natural-food grocers, herbalists, artisans, and wellness vendors. We provide vendor discovery, map-based browsing, event listings, and subscription-based vendor features.

3. Acceptance & Authority

By continuing to use the service you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and, if acting on behalf of an organisation, that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

4. Account & Credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

5. Acceptable Use

You must not:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or to promote fraud or spam.
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Attempt to interfere with the security or integrity of the service, including introducing malware, probing vulnerabilities, or scraping content without permission.
• Resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, branding, and documentation forming part of NaturalFinds & Joy remain the exclusive property of S. H. Soaps. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service within the scope of your selected plan.

7. User Content

By uploading content (vendor listings, images, descriptions) you grant us a limited licence to host and display that content solely to provide the service. You retain ownership of your content.

8. Payment & Subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

9. Service Availability

We strive to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Scheduled maintenance or factors beyond our control may cause temporary downtime.

10. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, fail to make required payments, pose a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly violate our policies. Upon termination you will have 30 days to export your data before it is deleted.

11. Disclaimers & Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, except where required by law (fraud, death, or personal injury).

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify S. H. Soaps against any claims arising from your content, unlawful use, or breach of these terms.

13. Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
